Terms & Conditions, Without the Traps
The full agreement between you and Terra del Sole Vivo S.R.L. in fourteen sections. We wrote it to be understood the first time you read it — because terms you can't follow aren't really agreed to.
01.Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing terradelsolevivo.com, creating an account or subscribing, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, the honest move is not to use the platform — though we'd love to hear what bothered you at legal@terradelsolevivo.com first.
02.Eligibility — 18+ and Capacity
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts to use Sole Vivo Casino. By using the platform you confirm both. We may request reasonable age verification when accounts show signals of underage use, and we close accounts that fail it.
03.Nature of the Service
Sole Vivo Casino is a free social casino: casino-style games played exclusively with fictional Sun Coins. The service is not gambling, offers no prizes of monetary value, requires no payment to play, and is provided for personal entertainment only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice, gambling training or an inducement to gamble.
04.Your Account
One account per person, with accurate registration details. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@terradelsolevivo.com if you suspect unauthorised access — we'll freeze the account while we sort it out together.
05.Sun Coins — Fictional, Always
Sun Coins are fictional virtual tokens with no monetary value. They are licensed to you for in-game use, not sold or owned; they cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred between accounts, sold to third parties or converted into anything of real-world value. We may adjust coin economies (grant amounts, refill rates) to keep games fun and balanced.
06.Subscriptions and Billing
Optional subscription tiers (Alba C$4.99, Meriggio C$9.99, Tramonto C$19.99 per month) renew automatically until cancelled. Prices include applicable taxes where required. You may cancel anytime via account settings or email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Existing subscribers keep their price — increases apply only to new sign-ups.
07.Refunds
Because subscription benefits (fictional coins, cosmetics) deliver immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions we honour without argument: duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, and any refund rights granted by Québec's Consumer Protection Act or your provincial equivalent. Email support@terradelsolevivo.com and we'll resolve it within 5 business days.
08.Fair Conduct
You agree not to: exploit bugs or automate gameplay; harass other players or staff; attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; misrepresent your age; use the platform for unlawful purposes; or attempt to give Sun Coins real-world value (account selling, coin trading, wager-matching schemes). Violations may lead to warnings, suspension or termination, at a severity matching the offence.
09.Intellectual Property
All games, artwork, names, logos, text and code belong to Terra del Sole Vivo S.R.L. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform for entertainment. Screenshots and clips for personal sharing are welcome; commercial use, scraping or derivative products require written permission first.
10.Service Changes and Availability
We may add, modify or retire games and features, and we aim for — but cannot promise — uninterrupted availability. If we ever discontinue the entire platform, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused portion of active subscriptions pro rata. Fictional coin balances carry no refund value at any time.
11.Termination
You may close your account anytime via privacy@terradelsolevivo.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice and a reason except where the breach is severe (fraud, threats, illegal content). On termination, fictional balances lapse; data handling follows the Privacy Policy retention rules.
12.Disclaimers and Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties, as detailed in our Disclaimer. To the maximum extent the law allows, Terra del Sole Vivo S.R.L.'s total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or C$50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your province.
13.Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Before any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try 30 days of good-faith negotiation by email — most disagreements die there, peacefully. Remaining disputes belong to the courts of Bolzano, Italy, except where consumer law lets you sue locally.
14.Changes to These Terms
Material changes are announced on the home page and by email 14 days before taking effect; continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.
